Compassionate Autism and Behaviour Support for Children and Families

Practical, individualized support for neurodivergent children and youth throughout Simcoe County and nearby communities.

At Ripple Effects Behaviour Consultation, I work alongside families to better understand their child’s needs, build meaningful skills and develop strategies that fit everyday life. Whether your child is autistic, has ADHD or other developmental differences, or needs support with communication, emotional regulation, independence, routines or behaviour, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Experienced, Compassionate and Collaborative Support

I am a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master of Science degree and 20 years of experience supporting children, youth and families.

My approach combines evidence-informed practice with compassion, collaboration and respect for neurodiversity. I believe families should feel heard, included and confident in the support their child receives.

My goal is not to change who your child is. It is to help them develop meaningful skills, participate more fully in everyday life and build greater confidence and independence while honouring their individual strengths and differences.
